Two-Blade Foil Cutter provides two levels on both cutting wheels, 1/4" apart (see illustration). This foil cutter automatically cuts at one of two levels. The top level is for flange bottles; the lower level is for all other bottles. Two anti-slip rollers firmly guide the cutting wheels for a good, even cut.
